SHIPPING POLICY

We work with the Swiss Post for all deliveries. For the rest of Europe and the rest of the world, the Swiss Post partners with the local post of your delivery country. 

We offer free shipping for orders to Switzerland. Once your order is submitted, it is then processed and dispatched as soon as possible from our warehouse in Geneva, Switzerland. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Swiss public holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. A tracking link will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. The delivery time frame for orders to Switzerland is estimated between 1-2 business days (this estimate should be used as a guide).

Applicable shipping rates:

  • Europe: CHF 18
  • Rest of the world: CHF 28

Once submitted, orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Swiss public holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. A tracking link will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. The delivery time frame for orders to the rest of Europe is estimated between 2-7 business days and 10-15 days to the rest of the world depending on the delivery country (this estimate should be used as a guide). At the moment, we are not able to include in our price the duty or custom charges that may be incurred upon shipment outside of Switzerland. zazamona will not be held responsible for these expenses at this moment in time. 

All orders are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT rate will depend on the delivery country. Please note that we are not responsible for any import VAT that may be charged upon delivery of the package. We are currently working on finding the best courier service for all EU and rest of the world orders that provides a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) customs clearance that would include the VAT of your delivery country. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. This link will enable you to follow the progress of your shipment.

To view your order history, you can simply log in to your zazamona customer account.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your zazamona purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn items with original labels within 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. To request a return or exchange, please send us an email at talktous@zazamona.com with your order number, name and reason(s) for the return/exchange. We will then proceed to send you a parcel label with instructions.

To return it to us, you can reuse the original compostable mailer that your zazamona shorts came in. If the returned item(s) is received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return as requested. Once the return is approved, we will refund you the value of the purchase to the same method of payment used to place the order. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs. This is the customer’s responsibility and it will be deducted from your refund.

Until we receive your returned item(s), it remains the customer’s responsibility.

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect order, please let us know via talktous@zazamona.com within 48 hours. We will review your enquiry and inform you about the possible return and/or exchange of this item.

Have you made a mistake in your delivery address, email address or any other contact detail? Please send us an email at talktous@zazamona.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we cannot alter these details.

zazamona is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you receive a package that is lost or damaged, we advise you to contact the courier used for your country directly. 

FAQ

We use GOTS certified organic cotton for 95% of your zazamona shorts. The other 5% is elastane which is needed to give your shorts that stretchy feel. 

The OEKO-TEX & BCI certified factory that makes your zazamona shorts is located in the North of Portugal, close to Porto. It is a family-owned business that has been in the industry for the last 25 years and produces for big and small brands.

Our sizes run from XS to L. You can find our size guide on each of our product pages. Each model featured on our website is wearing their regular size. Our shorts are tight fitting, so just make sure to measure yourself with our sizing guide. 

Prices are shown in Swiss Franc (CHF). 

If you placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us at talktous@zazamona.com with your order number to proceed. Once we have processed your order, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your items in the cart before ordering.

Of course you can! To process an exchange, please inform us by email at talktous@zazamona.com within the withdrawal period of 14 days and let us know your reason(s). We will send you instructions and a return form via email, which you can tape to your parcel. Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs involved in the exchange. You can exchange your item for any size as long as it’s in stock.
